โIt was a happy 4 nights and 5 days. All the staff were warm and provided perfect service. I stayed in a full access family room with 4-year-old and 6-year-old boys, and when I play in the water, I play in the water. โ
โThe resort is amazing beautiful and staff is super kind and helpful!! Had a wonderful experience the hotel manager was amazing to we couldnโt make it for our first night so we had q non refundable night but he made sure to compensate us with two wonderful high quality dinners. We had a great experience loved the hotel and the staff I would definitely recommend it!!โ
โDas Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschรถnes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhรคltnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefรผhlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und hรถflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefรผhlt! Auch das Frรผhstรผcksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir kรถnnen das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. โ
โThe only thing that might not have been convinient is that it is far away from any commercial area, you rely a lot on the Hotel Van that takes you there '40 minutes away,, however if you are after far away from anything and not noise, perfect place to be.โ
โThe screens are not properly installed, so bugs come into the room and bite. Also, the noise from the next room is so loud that you can hear everything.
