"This hotel deserves its excellent rating. It is modern and extremely clean. The rooms are a nice size and well laid out. The bed and bedding are luxurious. Breakfast is quite good. The Carlton is in an excellent location. Overall I highly recommend this hotel."

"We had an excellent 3 night stay. Bed very comfortable, quiet and clean on the 5th floor. All the staff were fantastic all very friendly. Jar in the riverside bar was excellent along with everyone else. We had a dinner and lunch at the Italian restaurant it was superb staff once again fantastic. River boat to station or ICONSIAM a great way to travel on the river. There was a mix up with our transport to the airport but was quickly fixed by Diamond. We will stay again. "
