We were met on arrival with a cool drink and an ice-cold towel. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The restaurant staff served us with a smile, enthusiasm and great care. Great staff, gorgeous food and very luxurious rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, always making sure we were having the best time. Although the resort is located a bit far from the city centre, they provide free shuttle service to the city. For me the best part of to be able to rent a scooter just outside of the hotel for nearly “nothing” 200 Bahts a day.
