My ring & my husbands ring was missing when I haven't even taken it out from my luggage bag since samui trip.
I am so upset due to this fact and I have contacted the hotel but all they said was they have looked at lost and found and they could not found it....

โThis is a unique experience. Itโs truly a beautiful place. Perhaps 8-10 other guests while we were there. We only spent time in the room to sleep. When we werenโt out on excursions we were sitting at the beautiful infinity pool with the most incredible view. Staff are super genuine and kind though a little young and inexperienced.
