Really good location 😍 Really noisy, not from outside but inside. I had unfortunately forgotten my passport where I was staying the days before. So instead of being met with understanding and a little willingness to get my passport, I was met with shaking heads and words like "how is that possible" My logic dictates that I probably got the worst room possible. I love being in the streets of Krakow day and night, I always feel safe no matter what neighborhood I choose to stay in. I love the neighborhood but will always choose another place to live.

Excellent stay, great location, very clean and everything you would expext provided. Brilliant communication with the team before and during our stay. They also arranged airport transfers. Slightly clearer entry instructions and how to order breakfast but very minor issues l!

We had a wonderful stay. The check in was easy even though we arrived late. It was clean, convenient and close to the old town - just a short walk. Only thing was that the pillows were a bit flat compared to at home.

Do not book this property if you have more than a small suitcase, young children or are over the age of 45. The room looked nothing like the picture we were on the third floor and had to go up 85 stairs. Yes, the bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way because it hit the bed. There was no place to sit other than on the edge of the bed or hard wooden chair when you sat on the toilet your knees hit the sink.

Dissatisfaction

Well we had booked three comfort studios Paris one bedroom, which we booked a year in advance. The rooms were hardly comfortable, they were extremely small (couldn't swing a cat). We all lived out of a suitcase for the entire duration as the cupboard space was minimal, no draws at all. Falling over our suitcases was a common occurrence through the night. We tried to explain to reception via phone whether it would be possible to move to a larger room, not possible apparently. The bathroom was that small you had to have the door open whilst in there, when seated on the toilet your knees touched the wall. The so called futon wash inded a stained mattress on the floor, unmaid, in a bunk style area with an unclimable, dangerous metal ladder, which was painful on the bottom of your feet. The pillows in the rooms were also stained yellow, the maid didn't enter the rooms for the whole time we were there, we were forced to bag our rubbish, and we left the bag outside our room because it was unhigenic to leave it on our floor, it was never removed. Our towels should have been changed after 3 nights according to their itinerary, not the case. Tea/coffee was never topped up, and toilet roll ran out. Overall the hotels.com adverting images, and information advertised misrepresented and misleaded the customer. (Deception). I personally believe these apartments should not be advertised on your website as it damning your good reputation.

Ok lejlighed med det mest basale.

Fin lejlighed kun 5 minutters gang fra centrum of Old Town. Gode shoppe muligheder i nærheden, så der kan nemt købes ind til morgenmad. Masser af spisesteder i gåafstand. Lille minus er at der ingen elevator er, så lidt besværligt hvis man har en skavank i f.eks. knæ.
