We stayed for couple days. You can walk to town and you are already in Main Square after 20 minutes. The rooms and livingroom was clean and we had good time.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming! The rooms were a bit older than expected, with older mattresses and some worn cabinetry in the bathroom. Noise also traveled very easily from the nearby rooms and from the hallway and staircase. Very walkable to all the main sights in Krakow!

It is ok to stay for a night. The place is quiet, żabka store is near, so you can get some food even on Sunday. It takes around 25 min. to get to the airport. One thing I didn't like is that shower condition is not very good. And after simply taking shower the water leaked into the corridor and even the toilet next to the shower. Other than that, everything was ok.

Short break to Krakow

Apart from one used earplug and polythene under the bed (we moved beds apart) and a missing plug in the bathroom, this apartment was excellent! With fridge, microwave and even dishwasher supplied. The flat was lovely and warm and very secure. It’s a taxi run into town as there are not many restaurants locally. Joanna gave great instructions on booking a cab. A extremely nice apartment that I will recommend to my friends

The apartment is very basic to be honest. The quality of bathroom/toilet finishing as well as bed linen and towels is very average. Breakfast (served in the room) was good and plenty of choices. No elevator and 24h reception, make sure to get the access code to the door if you arrive late. No parking, just street parking which can be tricky to find and has to be paid extra.

Don’t waste your money on Emaus apartments

When we got to the apartment around 3pm, we found the apartment completely messy. There were two holes in the walls, the toilet wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests, the couch had a huge stain on it and there was no clean cups at all. When I talked to the receptionist I was told that after 2pm nothing can be done about the mess and I can take it or leave it. I asked to be put in touch with manager I was informed that the manager wasn’t going to be around for a couple of days but they would get in touch with me the next days. This was on a Wednesday at 3pm. Nobody contacted us throughout our stay. Upon check out I mentioned that I never got a response from the manager but the receptionist just gave me a quick glance and smiled. Great customer service!!! Wouldn’t return there.

This is our third stay with Emaus. We loved our stays so much that we decided to keep using them as our place to stay. When we came back from our walk, I noticed the dishwasher was on. I thought maybe I had accidentally switched it out while leaning against the counter making drinks. I switched it off, and my son said to me, "There are all dirty plates inside there," so I opened it, and to my shock, yep, there were filthy plates inside. We were up at 3 am to travel to Poland, and after catching a 6 am flight with a 3-hour stopover, we headed to Poland and made our way to our fav apartment. I really was worried that maybe the room hadn't been properly cleaned, but I don't think that's the case because after tinkering to try and get the dishwasher to work, I believe that it is just broken, but then again, I never use them as back home we just hand wash things in the sink. I do the same here. So unfortunately, the dirty cutlery has to stay in the dishwasher as we can't put them away dirty. I'm not hand cleaning things that aren't used by me. A room check should have spotted these. We still value our stays but I just wanted to mention this so you are aware that used plates were inside the dishwasher from previous guests.

Appartement propre 👌

Ça s'est très bien passé, puis l'emplacement est top à une vingtaine de minutes pour arriver au centre ville Deux petits détails, 1er c'est le canapé à changer car il n'est pas confortable et 2eme c'est de mettre un petit four à disposition, sinon tout le reste est top Appartement super propre et avec tout ce qu'il faut Quartier est super tranquille, je recommande Merci

Ottimo direi

L'appartamento è giusto per 6 persone. Letti comodi, il divano letto un po' meno. Tutto pulito e tenuto in ordine. Il bagno è diviso in due stanze: in una solo il WC, nell'altra solo doccia e lavandino. Niente bidet. Strategicamente ottimo, fermate autobus a pochi minuti a piedi e ad una decina di minuti in autobus dal centro. Prezzo tutto sommato giusto.

I arrived earlier and left my luggage with the staff (reception). After my return my luggage was gone. The receptionist gave my luggage to somebody else. The problem was rectified quickly but the impression stayed with me.

Horrible shower. Who came up with the idea of not having a door so the water is all around? This is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. The rest was good. Recommend.

Nice accommodation

The communication from the hotel was really good, the apartment was on the third floor and there was no lift not a problem for us but worth noting if you struggle with stairs. The room was very spacious and clean with plenty of shower gels and shampoo's, it had everything you needed for your stay hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, even a dishwasher. The continental breakfast was brought to the rooms, the selection was amazing, very fresh and fantastic value for money it kept us going until late afternoon. The accommodation was in a quiet area about a 15 minute walk from the main square but close to a market, some shops and a tram stop.
