Location and access with property management was good, but the noice from other apartments unacceptable all hours of the night till 6 am non stop ... walls made of paper

Bad communication

We found the communication to be strange, as though there were several.people giving us mixed messages about details of our stay. One told us that we had to to leave because there was no room, when Hotels.com clearly showed there was space, which there was. The shower drain did not drain so to avoid flooding the bathroom, showers had to be under 1 minute. In three days of asking, nothing was done. There was no working heat for the room, and again there was no reply when I emailed the contact number. We got bites on our legs during the night from bugs. There was a party of about 10 people who checked in at 3am and continued their party for an hour and tried tonwnter our room. Without there being a recepion desk, there was nobody but ourselves and other guests to try and quiet down this group.

Var veldig bra plass og bo, men når eg bestilte så var det 5 4mannsrom og tok utgangspunkt i det. Me endte opp me 20 plasser fordelt ut på 8rom som ikkje har någe å sei på den måten, men mangle på infomersjon
