The rooms were clean, staff were courteous and the breakfast was really good continental and had variety. The hotel also packed sandwiches to take for the day trip. We stayed for 4 nights and could not fault the place. The hotel was also ideally located near the pilgrimage sites we wanted to visit in Krakow 👌👏👏

Heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, erg schone kamers.

The hotel and staff were very good on the whole although I found the person who checked me out a little rude. Just be aware the hotel is right next to the train station. This is great if you are a tourist like me for getting to the hotel from the airport and travelling back into krakow or down to Auschwitz. But if you have come by car or have other means of transport then the compromise of added noise from the station may not be worth it. Room was spotless. Hotel generally very nice as you would expect from 4 stars. The breakfast was brilliant. Loads of options and takeaway sandwiches in bags a very nice touch. The restaurant menu very sensibly sticks to a limited options but to an excellent standard, I particularly recommend the fried xander. Overall this is a great place to stay in krakow and I very much enjoyed my stay.
