Lovely hotel

Excellent hotel, well located under the city walls for easy access to the Old City Centre, beautiful views over the river. Skybar for meals and drinks with a view. Limited breakfast and dinner menu but all food fresh and beautifully presented. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will return

Goof location, good service at front desk. Room is clear enough, and big enough for solo. WIFI is fast, breakfast is good. Cost and location wise, I can recommend for short stay.

Our fourth stay at this hotel and it was excellent as always. Daily housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff (especially Bart on reception) and a really good choice at breakfast and on the evening menu. The hotel is ideally located for shopping and sightseeing and we will definitely be back next December.

Lovely view of the river and castle from our bedroom. Hotel was in a very convenient location to explore the Old Town. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially the Reception staff and the staff who helped with breakfast. Fantastic views from the rooftop bar and restaurant.

Patryck who checked us in was amazing. Helped us talk to our excursions. So friendly and after a long trip it was what we needed. The restaurant was great had many cultural dishes. I would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

Fantastic Hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Amazing views over the river and right next to the castle so location was great. The rooftop bar was lovely and we had all our main meals up there. The pizzas were delicious. All staff were friendly, helpful and excellent. We’ll be back!

Nice place. Be aware of street noise. Comfortable Restaurant/bar ok Note highly reviewed pod wawelem restaurant is not here, 2 blocks away So many excellent restaurants in Krakow

Krakow - Simply Brilliant

Lovely hotel, staff are brilliant and so helpful. Bart on reception will do anything for a greggs sausage roll or steak bake 😂. He provided recommendations that were all brilliant from food to cocktail bars he certainly knows his stuff. Rooftop terrace staff could do with smiling a little more but thats about it. Location is perfect just a little walk into the old town (flat no huge hills), overlooking the Vistula river and rooms lovely and clean with lovely sauna (spa under construction). Rooms were clean, tidy and we had great room with view over the city and the river. Very hospitable country and worth the trip to anyone that is remotely interested in culture, cocktails, gastronomy or anything at all really.

The hotel is in a lovely, convenient spot, only around 8 mins walk to the old town and is next to the river. Wawel Castle was right beside the hotel, which was so lovely light up at night and which could be viewed from the Sky Bar terrace. Some boats are restaurants and are covered in lights, which again looked lovely. I was given a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. The room was comfortable and quiet and all the staff were generally very helpful. The sachets of coffee were a little hit and miss in the room, which ranged from 0-2 sachets. Not a major problem as I could have asked for some. I was going to miss breakfast on one occasion and the hotel kindly made me a lovely packed lunch to take with me. I would like to have had more variety for breakfast, but there was choice and plenty of it. I would certain recommend this hotel for it's warm welcome and it's quiet convenient location

The room was clean, facilities were good - tea/coffee making etc. Outside of hotel is deceptive as quite big in side and a lovely bar/breakfast area on ground floor and restaurant and roof top bar on 6th floor. Such a brilliant and convenient location, just next to the castle and cathedral. Overlooking the river and a 10 min stroll to the square.
