"The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day."

"I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for transportation and within easy reach of the main attractions. Our room was clean, compact, and had everything we needed. The onsen was a highlight: spacious, relaxing, and with a lovely open-air pool. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and was very tasty.
