The staff was incredibly helpful. I had many questions about the best way to get to certain locations, and how to access train stations. The staff provided colorful maps and marked where I needed to go, and the routes that the trains would take me on. Also, the buffet breakfast was amazing!!!

The property is clean, the room is very well designed, surprisingly efficient. However, the bathroom had a lingering smell. Staff at the restaurant were great. Front desk was efficient and very helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay and very affordable.

Comfortable, plenty of toiletries provided by the hotel (didn't need to use any of my own besides deodorant), AC and dehumidifier in the room. Very close to various transportation access points. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto.

First of all best Hotel ever i want to go back again to Kyoto and this beautiful Hotel. The people are very nice and welcoming. The services are great. The comodities are great. The rooms are big and the view is amazing . Is also close to the train stations and markets. I love it. My wife and i stayed there for our honey moon and is a beautiful place to stay in. A fantastic stay, multiple beds for large parties to share a room for cheaper. The spa trinite on the top floor was amazing, a super relaxing onsen. If I ever pass through Kyoto again, I’ll be making this hotel my first pick. Completely unbeatable in price for service.

This was an amazing hotel that made us feel like royalty. Absolutely stunning facilities, amazing staff that always made us feel welcome, and so many wonderful amenities. The upstairs onsen was wonderful, and the secret rooftop garden on the 3rd floor blew me away. Very special stay for our whole family.

Excellent hotel with a lot of room. Very tidy and beautiful room with lots of amenities available. Only problem is the showerhead spraying a lot and leaking onto the bathroom floor.
