“We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The interior was great — modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. It was clear that care had been taken to make the space welcoming and well-equipped. What really stood out was the night guard, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking a larger car was quite tricky in the available space, and without his patience and guidance, I honestly don't think I would have managed. His support made a huge difference and...

“Perfect for business trip and also vacation if you wish to look around the old city and Nicosia. Situated on a quiet street across the Central Bank of Cyprus it is close to many financial institutions and also the old city. The facilities are excellent with a gym on 2nd basement floor and the room is quiet spacious and nicely & neatly furbished with all the appliances. The staff is also helpful and ready to assist. Good name among businessmen who visit Nicosia regularly and also to taxi drivers.”

“This hotel doesn't has their own parking lot. Hotel guest have to pay 12 euros each night at the next door parking lot. I think the hotel must pay their guest's parking fee.”
