โAlthough man on reception couldnโt speak English he got a translator on the phone immediately and took us to our room which was spotless. We had two rooms here for one night to catch up with family living in Vietnam and we had plenty of local places to choose from for meals. Just remember it is NOT Europe so donโt expect such and this area is a bit remote but we had scooters to drive to the small tidy beach there and, all in all, had a lovely stay. Thankyouโ

they can blame you for any broken items there.. as weโre 2 adult with no kids..
they try blame us for broken the telephone deskโฆ we donโt even knew whatโs broken at the end they said it fixable .. so no charge .. โ
โThe bathroom was sparkling clean, with great water pressure. Towels and toiletries were provided in good condition. Itโs a great spot for solo travelers or couples. Easy access to the city center without being too noisy. I felt safe and well taken care of.โ

Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir) "
