โAlthough man on reception couldnโt speak English he got a translator on the phone immediately and took us to our room which was spotless. We had two rooms here for one night to catch up with family living in Vietnam and we had plenty of local places to choose from for meals. Just remember it is NOT Europe so donโt expect such and this area is a bit remote but we had scooters to drive to the small tidy beach there and, all in all, had a lovely stay. Thankyouโ
โThe Hotel had already itโs best days but they do a good job. I was the only guest so sure no breakfast buffet, got only a soup and juice. No fruits. And the beach is dirty, but thatโs everywhere the same: nobody is responsible to clean up. โ
โOveral the stay was nice and relaxing.
If you want to eat outside of the resort you will have to travel into Lagi center

There was a small incident I experienced. I was in the club lounge and asked a staff if I could reserve a table for the Christmas eve buffet dinner. She told me, โno reservations are requiredโ However, when I went to the restaurant the next day, I was denied entry because I was told I didnโt have a reservation. I felt disappointed and asked if I could make a reservation at that moment, but reception told me it was already fully booked.
Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir) "
