"아주 오랜만에 재방문한 리조트였는데, 처음 방문했을때보다 전체적으로 리노베이션이 된듯한 느낌. 음식의 Quality가 첫방문때 수준보다는 약간 덜한 듯합니다. 투숙객이 생각보다 없어서 조용하게 휴식하기 좋습니다."

"직원 분들은 너무나 친절하고 순수하고 열심히 도와주려고 하셔서 좋았습니다 빌라는 정말 가성비가 좋고 풍경도 아름다워요 다만 조금 아쉬운 것은 주변에 정말 아무것도 없어요 노바월드 쪽도 마땅히 먹을게 없습니다 폐업한 곳도 많구요 메인 식당은 괜찮은데 풀 바가 메뉴가 적고 좀 아쉬워요 그리고 비치의자나 수건은 좀 더 청결 개선이 필요할 것 같습니다 그치만 평화롭고 소박하고 따스한 분위기 좋아하신다면 추천이에요"

"kids friendly hotel, facility was clean as it has newly built. There was a small incident I experienced. I was in the club lounge and asked a staff if I could reserve a table for the Christmas eve buffet dinner. She told me, ‘no reservations are required’ However, when I went to the restaurant the next day, I was denied entry because I was told I didn’t have a reservation. I felt disappointed and asked if I could make a reservation at that moment, but reception told me it was already fully booked. Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir) "
