She told me, โno reservations are requiredโ However, when I went to the restaurant the next day, I was denied entry because I was told I didnโt have a reservation. I felt disappointed and asked if I could make a reservation at that moment, but reception told me it was already fully...
โThe staff were super friendly and attentive. However the property had some problems. U booked a 4-bedroom villa which had too many keys, very confusing, the villa didnโt have enough lighting in the living room, hot water was not working very well. It has so much potential, i hope they improve the property in the future.โ
โThe property not as describe! Lots of issues such as missing lots of daily items, no towel, no hanger, the toilet was stuck and not able to use it! Will not recomend it!โ

Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir) "
