I felt disappointed and asked if I could make a reservation at that moment, but reception told me it was already fully...
โThe property not as describe! Lots of issues such as missing lots of daily items, no towel, no hanger, the toilet was stuck and not able to use it! Will not recomend it!โ

Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir) "
