“Breakfast was good. Person en charged very nice and kind everyday. We request check out but the lady in reception denied it. We offered to pay the extra time but we have to sit in the reception until 3 pm. The same receptionist try to click us out again around 2 pm calling to a taxi. It was really rude. We didn’t want to stay in this hotel again. There are great hotels around where we can stayed.”

“Very clean and neatly organized. Excellent bathroom absolutely loved it. ”

“The tip of the bamboo coffee stirrer was black, which made it look used. The room was not cleaned during my stay. When I asked, I was told that housekeeping is only provided once every four days. They said this was explained at check-in, but I don’t recall being told.”

“Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff goes above and beyond to help. Awesome breakfast.”
