"Room was decent but sleeper couch had stains and foul ordor. Housekeeper could use some tips when it comes to cleaning. Not the same food options we had 6 years ago. Someone charged food to room when we went to check out had bill for something we didnt order. Overall for the price paid not impressed."

"Beautiful resort and property! The property is very big so the staff will gladly take you where you need to go with a golf cart. The rooms are spacious, we enjoyed the separate living room area. The waterpark was our family favorite; it had a wave pool, lazy river, slides, pool volleyball and basketball. "

"Overall the property itself and the rooms were nice...nothing fantastic. I would have rated this place higher except for the staff. I went down to the desk to ask a question and even with a line forming behind me, two receptionists ignored the line to keep answering the phone and help one guest at the register. Wouldn't even look our way or acknowledge us. I understand being busy but they either need to staff more people or provide better training on how to handle busy situations. It does not take 2 people to help one guest. I did like that this property was close to the airport and the skyway line so that made it super easy for returning our rental car. They also provide a shuttle to and from the airport which was very helpful. "
