"We would definitely stay here again! Perfect location close to the Santa Croce Church where Michelangelo is buried. Tons of great spots to eat! Our favorite restaurant was Boccadama...the best bruschetta and spaghetti bolognese ever! The staff was very attentive from check-in to check-out. The concierge was so helpful and our room was huge, nice for 3 adults with stools for our luggage!! They had laundry service as well that we took advantage of!"

"Lovely hotel but a bit expensive for what it is in my opinion. We paid a lot and this did not include breakfast. Our room was clean and rather small. Lovely side view of the Arno river from our little balcony. The spa was nice but the hot pool could be hotter, more warm than hot. The outdoor pool was really lovely and enjoyable especially after a full day of sightseeing and walking. The hotel is about a 35 minute walk to the city centre. It's a very easy walk. The hotel also provides a bookable shuttle bus to the city."

"This was by far my favorite stay in Italy! I felt safe, the location was great, and the inside of the hotel was gorgeous. I especially appreciated that they gave me the specific room I requested. That was such a nice touch and made me feel like they really listened to my request. I absolutely loved the room—the decor, the aesthetic, the cleanliness, and all the little extra amenities. Everything felt very thoughtful, from the bathrobe, and slippers to the beautiful decor. Honestly, it’s hard to say what I didn’t like about this stay! Breakfast was great, with so many options. I especially loved the fresh juicing option. My only suggestion would be to have more than one person helping with the juicing because the wait could get pretty long. The location was also convenient. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. I loved all the thoughtful little details throughout the hotel. Overall, this was my favorite hotel in Italy. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe, and full of thoughtful touches. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️"
