"Fantastic staff -- Silvio and Marcus, along with several others at the front desk were amazingly helpful. Nice spacious and clean room, with nice design details. The hotel is a short walk to the historical center (3-5 minutes) and a short walk and one-stop metro ride to the train and bus station. Great breakfast and amazing bread! I would stay here again if I visit Catania in the future. Highly recommend. Seyda "

"Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."

"The room and private bathroom were clean. The gentleman helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. He also met me at check in which made it very easy (no one is there 24/7). I was there just one night, but it was close to the Duomo square and the pedestrian shopping district. Highly recommend for those not wanting a high end hotel, but still wanting 5 star service!! "
