"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

"The airport shuttle stopped pickup at 10 pm and didn't go before 5am. Not helpful to me.
The area is sketchy but I had little choice due to being stranded in Chicago due to weather delays with my flight. Very noisy outside my room on the first floor (talking on phone, arguments, door slams) until at least 2:30 am. Staff did little to intervene for what was clearly audible from the lobby.
Clean but shabby. At least the water was hot for my shower."
