“Good customer service”

“Good place to stay. It was clean and in a convenient location. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the sound proofing. I believe people may live above floor two and they stayed up walking around until after midnight. Wouldn’t be a problem at all except there is no sound proofing in the room I was in. Other than that a fantastic place to stay and would recommend.”

“Wonderful host! Great location for travellers, just next to the A9. We loved the lounge and the fireplace. Lovely breakfast!”

“Eventhough hotel sent a message about their employee vacancy, no bar and restaurant didn't open at Sunday and Monday nights. It looks like a ghost hotel. This info noticed only in Hotels.com message and not to my email to reconsider this reservation. All the facilities are very much old and inconvenient including not serving the new towel everyday. Due to all those reason, they serve free Tuesday continental breakfast, but it is hard to believe that will compensate the money for my...

“Not the best service in the bar”

“This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...

“네스호 전망이고 자역 내 우수 레스토랑으로 선정된 훌륭한 식당 보유. 아침식사는 일정 중 최고였습니다.”

“it was perfect! this hotel is super clean and net. The most amazing thing of this hotel is the restaurant. this hotel's restaurant is super perfect. it is soooo amazing delicious. i choose fish and chips and my boyfriend choose chicken steak. both was so good. you have to choose this hotel! this hotel is super perfect choice for your loch ness trip. ”

“A little tricky to check in, but the staff at the cafe next door were able to help us. The room was very cute and comfy! Parking was also convenient for an overnight stay.”

“Absolutely would recommend this place. Check in information was great and very easy. We were travelling by bike and they let us access the secure bike storage early so we could enjoy the town without worrying about them. The room was spacious and spotless and the shower was brilliant. Hamish from housekeeping was very friendly and kind to our daughter as we were leaving. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very nice too. Great view of the canal locks and close to all the amenities of Fort...

“molto bella la posizione, nel cuore delle highlands e vicino lago di lochness”

“깔끔한 침실, 훌륭한 조식, 뒷마당과 연결된 산책로까지 모든 것이 아름다웠습니다. 레스토랑 음식도 훌륭해서 이틀 묵는 내내 왕의 만찬을 즐겼습니다. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay.It was in great location, area around was really lovely and rooms was great.”

“The toilet sink was partially block. When I mentioned this to the lady of the of theB&B she merely said oh! I’ll get my plunger out later. She must have known this before as she cleans the property. The electric shower was ancient and I barely got a shower. Generally the property was less clean than I would’ve expected.”

“Good choice for a family holiday..6 adults and 2 kids and it didnt seem too small due to layout of the property. Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms..very modern and clean. Kitchen area looks onto lounge and dining area ..gives good separation while keeping all included. Only fault was a dishwasher door that closes sharply so beware.!!...hopefully now fixed.”
