“Took 30+ minutes to check-in, there was only one woman on staff on a Friday night. I called down to the front desk after finding 3 cockroaches in my $700+/night room. I wasn’t offered a refund or discount but was moved to an entirely different building to a lesser quality room. The hotel is slightly dilapidated.”
