"We had a very nice stay at the Rabbit Ears Motel. The motel is located in a great area. The Yampa river flows right by the motel and there are benches and tables by the river. The room was spacious and clean. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful.The only thing that was not up to par was the continental breakfast. It was basically cereal,toast or bagel. Boiled eggs, no pastries or waffle maker. Overall a great place, we would stay here again."

"We had a great experience. Since this is a new hotel (2 months old), there are things that they are still tweaking, one of those is the kitchen capacity at breakfast, nothing terrible either. Overall a great experience and can’t wait to come back."

"The custom service was great once I was able to get someone on the phone. Ask the staff was amazing. The only thing was they dont have some one at the front desk 24/7 they do close for a certain period so make sure you plan ahead for early/late check in. As they do have lock boxes so you can still check in early/late."
