"Great little Inn. We loved the building, the room and the restaurant/tavern. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is we were waiting for people to leave the fireplace area so we could sit there and have a drink. We finally got the opportunity and the owner of the end came over and asked us to move so if someone else could sit there. Very disappointing! We had looked forward to sitting there to enjoy a drink and conversation, so it was a very rude to ask us to get up so that another group of people could sit there. Maybe he could’ve offered us a drink or something to thank us? Just felt very rude and we were so disappointed in that."

"I tried to cancel my reservation through Expedia and I had purchased cancellation insurance but was unable to travel for health reasons. I contacted you way before my reservation and you said that my reservation was non-refundable and you told me that you would contact Quality Inn and ask for my paid for cancellation and YOU failed. I WILL NEVER Book anything through your website. You have screwed me repeatedly. I am not a wealthy person and when I have booked through you I have gotten F$$@ed. I hope to hell that you post this review. "

"Got there and had a sign stating pool and hot tub was not open, which was the reason for booking the room, as my back is really bad and after travel I need the heat to help with pain. Check in took forever as there was only one person checking people in and was very slow."

"First and foremost the property looks nothing like the pictures. The beds were worn out and extremely uncomfortable to the point we ended up not staying the last night. The beds were so bad that one bed was hard as a rock and the other was so worn out it had a giant dip in the middle that me and my wife kept sinking into. The room was run down to the point base boards were falling off in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful but this hotel is in serious need of a remodel and upgrade. I’m still trying to get my money back for the last night but the hotel said they would not refund me and I needed to talk to the company I booked it through."
