“The view of the lake Lucerne was spectacular with variable feelings over the day. At night, Orion constellation with so many other stars fetched beautifully right outside the window. Lucerne lake cruise boating dock is right in front of the hotel and the cruise ship also provided excellent experience of the lake. ”

“We had a great stay at this hotel, especially the bar staff was wonderful. The food was also very good, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch relaxing, enjoying a drink and dinner. Beautiful area, walking distance to the esplanade is a just across the street. This hotel is just out of the busy tourist area which we loved. There is more of a walk to the old town area but worth it because it is just beautiful. The hotel did provide bus/tram passes for all of us however we did not use them. They...

“Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building. ”

“The room was so small that I had no enough space to arrange my luggage in the hotel. I had difficulty carrying my luggage as there was no lift on the ground floor. The room was really close to the roof so it was too hot inside. The hotel's location was quite far from the station. But the hotel owners were kind. ”
