“Wonderful river view. Loved sitting outside on the benches facing the rive. Staff is fabulous. Room is clean. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was perfect. Location was incredibly convenient. We will definitely stay again and request a River view on the second floor :-)”

“Staff was super nice and helpful! There was a young woman there in the mornings that was always so helpful and cheerful and spoke to everyone! Excellent customer service.”

“The hotel is located in the heart of everything. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. Art museum is walking distance. Lake can be walking distance but some may need a car ride.”

“This was our first visit to The Port Hotel and it certainly won't be the last! From the easy "no check-in desk" check-in through a very complete continental breakfast, this hotel is a true gem. Speaking of the "continental breakfast, the selections available rivaled or excelled many other hotel chains touting their "full" breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed linens were great and the bed itself was very comfortable. This property definitely deserves the "Best Hotel in Port...

“Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Nice resturant where you have have breakfast, lunch & dinner”

“Great place to stay.”

“The room was dark and very outdated. It smelled very musty and damp. There were no overhead lights other than above the bed. Dark and depressing. Not in anyway worth $900. The building itself is beautiful but a very dreary experience. Overpriced”

“Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Close to everything downtown. The star of the place is the pub and the friendly staff. The best pint of Guinness I’ve had in the US. Fantastic food, they also have vegan, veg options. Breakfast included with your stay was equally great. The pub made for a great place to start the night out in Milwaukee or a nightcap on the way back to the room. Would stay here again.”

“I stayed a single night before an event at Road America. Clean property, easy check-in procedure. Stayed in room 312 which faced the highway. Ask for a room on the back of the building, The noise from trucks and traffic was significant.”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.”
