"It was a perfect little getaway spot for two. Loved the decorations and mini kitchen. Loved that the showers already had shampoo and conditioner even though I traveled with mine. Bring your own bathroom towels. I Like that there was coffee set up as I have to have mine! Two televisions as my son and I split the two rooms up for viewing. Cute little porch to sit in the morning. Plenty of closet and dresser space if you want it. Clean bed and linens. Easy parking. Easy to communicate with host but very transactional vibe, so could be more personable. I have almost no complaints. Good experience."

"We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool local vibe to the stay! The location is also fantastic—within easy walking distance of everything in Downtown Sanford. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!"

"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."

"Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait."

"This condo/apartment was very nice and well maintained. The host was very diligent to make sure we understood how to access the condo and the property’s stringent parking requirements. Two bedrooms/two baths made it perfect for my traveling companion and myself to have our own privacy when needed, and the kitchen, living area, and very nice screened in patio were great shared space. My bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. One thing I especially appreciated was the host's concern that our vehicle (a rented car) would not be towed, and reached out personally to eliminate any problems ahead of time. I would most definitely stay here again. The only thing I would mention (not a complaint, but just an observation) is regarding the shower in the main bathroom. When you lift the lever on the faucet for a shower, it did not completely seal the tub faucet and therefore did not allow the shower head to be fully pressurized. Other than that, everything was in very good condition and very comfortable."
