“Our hearts sank when we first arrived off the dusty streets, but what a surprise lay in store for us!! Kivu really is a tranquil oasis, leaving the madness of Nakuru behind. It has a beautiful garden with an incredible 20 meter swimming pool. The staff were so friendly, i really recommend this place if you are looking for a fantastic budget hotel. We are a family of 4, the children slept in a separate room to us (14&16), it felt very safe ”

“Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! Would definitely tell my friends visiting to choose this Hotel. ”

“The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again.”

“The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety. Overall i was happy with the place. There was no noise and the staff were vwey pleasant”

“This property security gate person would not open the gate and the security staff says no one told him we were coming so he wouldn't let us in. He only spoke to us through the cracks on the hinges of the gate. He said he had no phone number for the manager, and that the receptionist had left for the day. We had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. ”
