"I really loved the indoor heated pool! The maintenance man, Ryan, was very helpful & nice. The shrimp & grits with sausage in the restaurant for dinner was delicious & huge portions & the entire breakfast bar was delicious. The entire hotel is clean & I loved my room."

"The Bistro needs two employees so the food can be prepared by the cook and not the cashier running from the register to cook. Since there is only one food employee at least let people call their orders in , so they don’t have to hang around the bistro for to go foods. It would be nice if smaller items on the breakfast menu were complimentary like milk, cereal, toast, boiled eggs , oatmeal, coffee , tea, that way ppl can self serve since it’s not enough employees to take orders and cook. "

"Renovations were taking place which was evident on walls and hallways. One elevator was very slow and other one was not working. Had to change rooms after seeing it: dirty carpet and tub, broken toilet bowl that they had tried to cement together. Not a horrible stay but not great either. Beautiful area but will not stay here again. "

"Standard room - clean to an extent - missing lamp light fixture as assumed there should be one on each side. Staff seems nice from what I was able to experience but the ppl I spoke to encountered seemed “over it” or that’s the vibe it gave. Also the maintenance is not well kept on the outside as there was a trashcan that was super overflowing by trash and piece fell over due to that. Great area but needs to better to get 4/5 star from me"
