No AC! I had no idea until arrival. The thermostat showed cool and heat so we thought it wasnโt working. Tried calling our contact Gregory 3 times and got a recording that my call would be returned within 24 hours. Not acceptable! He texted me back the next morning at 6 am and woke us up. Said the home had no AC and to use the house fan and close everything up during the day. It was 83 degrees in the house. We also were not told the back deck was being rebuilt until the day before we left for our trip. The building materials were stacked in the driveway which limited parking. The hand soap and shower soap were so watered down you couldnโt get a suds going. We ended up going to the store and buying soap. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice. Wonโt be back though.
