“This is a beautiful resort with excellent customer service. The grounds are immaculate, and our room was lovely. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was amazing. We chose to do the bed and breakfast option, for we had to work during the week, and I am glad we did for this isn't really a "drink all day" vibe. “The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

“I stayed this excellent accommodation with my wife. It located in Carmen del Sol, which has long line of beach and nice restaurants a long it. Bed and facilities was very clean! Probably the most excellent thing is their staff. I left my international driver's license in the room and checked out. But they delivered it for me to the Airport! It was so thankful. I love this place!”

“Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case”

“Juan, the receptionist was so professional, from getting in touch with instructions to get access code, to providing us with support to navigate ourselves in the city as it was our first time in Lanzarote. The cleaning staff were so kind and friendly. They established good relations with my kids. Would definitely book this place and recommend to loved ones. The place was clean as advertised, just the tv to be upgraded as it was not a smart one and couldn’t get any English channel to watch.”

“란자로테에서 가장 높은건물로 뷰는 환상적 청소상태 완전 꽝 15 시 이후 들어와도 청소 않되어있었고 담날도 얘기했는데 청소 않되어 있었음 고층이다 보니 엘리 베이터가 불편했고 주위에 상권이 그닥좋지 않음 고층에서 내려보는 뷰최고 방 넓은거 빼고는 5 성급 호텔 치고는 그저 그랬음 담에는 playa쪽으로 갈야 할듯”
