"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."

"First, the good things. The air-conditioning in the room was spectacular. This made all the difference in the world to me. The property is clean. The only real drawback is that the hotel is really not geared toward Westerners. Very few of the staff actually spoke English enough to handle a conversation that wasn’t extremely basic. I got the name of the assistant manager. His name was David. So anytime I needed something like the remote to the TV, he was available to translate and to help. The cars to and from the airport were very clean and new. The drivers were extremely helpful. The first night I ordered the pizza. It was absolutely dreadful. The only thing resembling a pizza was the fact that it was round. The only other item on the menu that was western was a hamburger. My friend had that. And it wasn’t very good either. However, they are not really trying to attract a western clientele. They are mainly geared for Asian customers. So I can’t really comment on that. The laundry service was spectacular. The clothes came back, neatly pressed and dry. They did a fantastic job. I got my food from outside of the hotel. So that wasn’t really a problem. I will stay here again"
