“Although the hotel itself is quite nice, the service lacks a lot. The front desk managers except one person were rude and careless. This hotel really needs to educate its managers. Also Wifi in the rooms did not work althogh I moved to another room for this reason.”

The staff offered to start the heater, which we accepted, and a box of wood was provided for self-servicing the fireplace.
