Hated everything, dirty nasty filthy place, not fit for animals. Dirty smelly carpet, most uncomfortable bed ever. Door lock on door broken. Water in tub would not go down Changed rooms no better. This place needs to be condemned. The nerve to charge for this dog hotel is ridiculous. Be fore warned.

I guess they don't have 24h housekeeping because when i called for extra towels i never got them. And the eco remote was hard to use. You have to point it at a specific spot of it doesn't work

This place is gross. The bathroom is nasty and there was black stuff in the sink. There were stains on the pillowcases. The room has no fridge and just made my skin crawl

Hair dryer did not work in room, curtains allowed way to much light into room so awoke as soon as it got light out, air conditioning unit super loud when compressor kicked in, reported areas requiring maintenance upon checking out, lady at front desk did not care, did not apologize just completely blew me off.

The bathrooms have no exhaust fans. After a hot shower it's like a hot box. My room had a coffee pot that made cold coffee. Hot water didn't work. If it did work, there were 2 of us and only one cup.

Laughlin is a very laid back Vegas. It is pretty walking along the river. The hotel is clean, but smoking is allowed in the casinos. There seemed to be a fair amount of people smoking.

Stayed here because it was the cheapest I could find, and all I needed was a place to rest my head. 1.The coffee makers are in the bathrooms in every room of this hotel, and as weird as it sounds I would have be ok with it had the bathroom counter not have hair all over it. Yuck… no coffee for me. 2. When I turned down the sheet to go to bed there was a big black perfect circle on the blanket… (thank goodness I brought my own blanket.) 3. I was awoken out of my sleep at 3am because my foot started burning, and realized something had bitten me. Stay here if you need a cheap place to just rest, not for a vacation or getaway.

Everything was really nice had a great time the only thing i didn't like was that carpet in the room didn't look like it had been vacuumed and the pillows were horrible 😳 🙃

I've been staying at the Edgewater for years now and this time had to be the worst. When we got to our room, it had no towels!! We were staying for 4 nights!! No towels. They really need to update their rooms. No mini fridge, no microwave. Really!!

Probably the dirtiest hotel room I have ever been in. It was hard to breathe with all the dust. The sheets were ripped and so was the pillow case. We left and came to the river lodge. Worst’s experience ever at a hotel.
