This year we booked in advance and called to make sure we could get rooms on the same floor and although they did accommodate us the rooms were both equipped with faulty electrical outlets which did not work or hold the plugs in place. We booked non smoking rooms and one of the rooms 10402 smelled so bad that they offered to "super spray" it while we waited outside for 10 to 20 mins. That did not fix the problem. Then in the other room 10407, the shower drainage smelled so bad like rotten eggs that we had to use the other room to shower in. Despite the many service calls and complaints, they sent 2 service guys to fix the electrical outlets but the problem was not fixed. Wish i could say that was the last of my complaints but the food at burro borracho made 2 people sick after eating the shredded chicken we ordered for the salads. Then we went with the beach cafe. There i ordered a hickory smoked blt and thought i found my go to food but upon ordering it for the 3rd time on our last night there they gave us a janky sandwich and like 4 fries. I think they get away with it because its about to be closing time and its a to go order. I wonder if they figure most people are too drunk or tired to complain. All together it was a good family trip but the amenities and services could be a lot better. Especially putting a smoking section next to the cafe. When we actually went in to the beach cafe to sit it was hot and stuffy and all the smoke from the cigarette smokers plagued the c

When I got there, they said hotel was overbooked "" I had called earlier saying I couldn't be above a certain floor due to anxiety and had to switch rooms. It was a mess.
