"They call a twin room a double room Trust me it’s two single beds made separately and pushed together. Because of this I hardly slept Also be aware of the expensive valet parking, it’s not very clear that it’s chargeable on the site."

"Great staff. Older but and clean hotel with decent size rooms with small balcony. They were going through renovations when we were there in winter 2026 and the elevator was out of service but staff offered to take our luggage up the stairs. "

"The room was very large and beautifully appointed and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was lovely- with a separate water closet and nice tub and shower. The service was excellent and we especially loved Bushra!"

" Notre chambre debait etre libérée à 12 h. Rentrant a 11h d'une promenade au bord du lac, le jour du depart, notre chambre n'était plus accessible !!! Nous avons dû revenir à la reception pour faire débloquer la serrure...pas très correct !!! A part ce petit désagrément en fin de séjour, nous sommes satisfaits. "

"room was directly under the roof. I am a tall person. 15% of the rooms in the hotel were occupied. Why give a small room directly under the roof to a tall person then? in 70% of surface of the room I could not stand. Also, the cabinets are short. My coat could not even hang in the cabinet (too low for the coat) "

"The hotel is beautiful with nice spacious rooms and everything you need already in the room. Helpful staff, right across from the metro station and right next to the water with the beautiful promenade. Highly recommend!"
