“It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...

“This property is a scam. The full details of what to expect upon arrival and check in are not listed. The room that we selected was dirty. The prior guest left most of their belongings. Very loud, and annoying. Atmosphere very creepy. We did not stay it was to much going on. almost like a rooming house.”

“I stayed for a full week and really enjoyed it. Great location. Beautiful, clean, safe neighborhood. Only knock was one of the other guests woke me up one night close to midnight as they went to the wrong room and tried to get in with the wrong code. Never jumped out of bed so fast! But it was an honest mistake.”
