"Pan Pacific was amazing from start to finish. The service was impeccable — quick, efficient and genuinely warm, with every member of staff going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The Singapore Slings were delicious, and the pool staff deserve a special mention for being attentive without ever being intrusive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Food throughout the hotel was tasty and very reasonably priced for the quality, and the location is excellent — it really speaks for itself. A wonderful stay and somewhere we would happily return to."

"Everything about this place was great. The rooms were spotless. The amenities were fantastic but it all came down to location, location, location. You are about a 10 min walk to the Maxwell Food center, 10 minutes away from Clarke Quay and 10 minutes away from the Chinatown MRT. It was centrally located which made it extremely easy to get to Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay and walking distance to the Art Gallery. Would definitely stay here again if I am able to return to Singapore in the future. "
