"Relocated to better appartment to be closer to friends, which was happily accommodated by reception staff for extra pay. Nice hotel complex with lovely pool and spa. Well equipped kitchen. Awful wifi, didn’t work at all in our area. Kitchen cleaning expected as part of check out."

"Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. "

"Avoid if at all possible. The location, though advertised as central Flaine is not Flaine, it is 5-10 minute drive up the hill, requiring a navette bus to ski. This also makes it rather difficult to find on the first day. The hot tub didn't work most of the time and when it did it was tepid at best. The room was dirty, with dirty socks lying around and to top it all off, they tried to charge an 80 euro cleaning fee for a room that wasn't even clean. "This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back."

"I would never stay here again. We paid for lines towels and cleaning and they didn’t provide. They were not helpful."
