"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "

"The Strand Palace Hotel is a very nice hotel in a great location along the Strand - within walking distance to the Charing Cross rail station and other places of interest such as the Somerset House. Oddly, they could not link my extra night booking to my original … so I had to check out and back in!"
"Perfect location by the Tower of London. Super convenient as the hotel is directly above the Tower Hill tube stop for the Circle and District lines. Loved the room set up - while it wasn’t the largest space it was very well laid out and efficient. There were two of us staying in the room and it never felt cramped. I was impressed with the Citizen M app and iPad which could be used to control everything in the room, including the blinds, lights, television and air conditioning. Everything worked seamlessly. The bed was larger than I expected and was super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in London. "
"What a beautiful hotel! Staff was very friendly and it was nice having a real coffee shop at the hotel before we did our exploring. Beautiful views from our room! "
"We had a really lovely stay at Canopy Hilton London City. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. There was a slight delay at check-in, however, we were given free drink vouchers whilst we were waiting and the room was immaculate upon arrival. The bed was really comfy and we slept really well. The hotel was in a great location for a weekend trip to London. It was lovely and quiet and we were provided with bathroom products, towels and coffee/tea for the morning. We would definitely recommend and will be returning soon! "
