“Cameron was excellent at the front desk when we first checked in and helpful throughout our stay. The people in the lounge were great. The restaurant service was good. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs.”

And the main reason I reserved in this hotel was for the pool the was dirty. No staff other than the one at the counter, other guests complained about not having hot water in there rooms. “Parking was easy, but did not feel safe. The facility looked nothing remotely close to what was shown by the online photos. We were supposed to have two beds, and only had one. The place was clean, but older, run down, and much more like a “motel” feel, not something I wanted my children at. I was extremely unsatisfied because it felt like we overpaid by at least $150. If the price was half of what we were charged it would have made sense. The promoted room was over marketed and under delivered....
