“Everything is perfect!!! There are kindly Staffs. I stayed at very clean, cool and quiet room. It has cozy beds, clean furnitures. Breakfast is awesome!!! Thank you! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆10/10”

“Toilet was clogged when we arrived. We were able to unclog it the first time, however, the second time we had to unclog ourselves with a plunger we got from maintenance. We lost consistent hot water almost completely on our last night there and could not bathe our kids before traveling home.”

I speak & read English so this is very important and also my wife is hearing impaired so this a necessity & not a luxury. “Clean room and kind and friendly staff. The room was fine but the building itself was rather dated. Excellent location, very close to Hershey Park and many dining/shopping options. I’d definitely stay there again, very good value for the money.”

“Overall average experience, no concerns in general, however one thing that we didn't expect would change our rating to average is below. After we checked in and used the sink in the bath, the water wasn't flowing out, we called the front desk, they came, looked and told us that they don't have any help and no other rooms either to move us into. The help would be there in the morning but that never came, so we ended up putting our hands in to take the stopper out which did open the drain. ”
