Leiden, The Hague hotel rooms at the Fletcher

"We got put into the apartment side of the property. The ceiling was disgusting. It needs a repaint. The room itself was good sized and the beds clean and comfortable. When we got back on one of the days, the reception area had an overwhelming sewer smell due to a MTC issue. We had to stand waiting for help and felt terrible for the staff member working in it. Shuttle was good and timely. Hallways very dated and could use a thorough revamp. Did not use pool or restaurant as they were in the other building and don’t want to walk back in the cold after being in the pool."

"The hotel is well located for easy transfer with the hotel shuttle bus to and from the terminal for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise in terms of the quality and range of items available and can satisfy even a vegan. Staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions. "
