"Very convenient to all subway trains to upper Manhattan. Nice little cafe restaurant in the hotel. We had meetings in the financial district but took trains uptown to visit museums over the weekend. Worked well. "

"Parking situation was horrible. When charged an enormous fee for valet, yet after following their verbal directions, still had to wait HOURS for car to be retrieved even after paying for it ahead of time!! Closet self parking was three blocks down the street and it was cold which is why we chose valet. Also, at these rates, there was no room service or at the very least, breakfast buffet since there was no room service!"

"Check in was confusing. She told me to use the kiosk without any direction. I've never checked in that way and I felt like she couldn't be bothered. I think it was the executive housekeeper who was very friendly and welcoming."

"Room was dirty, ended up not using the shower due to bathroom being gross. Was unable to adjust thermostat so at times it was extremely warm in the room. Staff was very nice at check in. Parking lot next to the hotel was extremely convenient and secure. "
