"Incredible, huge room, exceeded our expectations from the photos. Very clean and we loved the big shower! Conveniently located, just a short walk to the Duomo and a quick cab ride to the train station to catch our flight out. Staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was fast and easy. "Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel and must try if you looking for accomodation near central station at milan. "
