โDespite some other visitors concerns I had a lovely experience. Easy to book, called a couple of times before to discuss arrival times and confirm bookings, staff were pleaseant and helpful on the call. On arrival on a busy and noisy Friday night, staff again were lovely and helpful, locals/regulars didnt stare or make us feel unwelcome, found parking right in front of the property, basically it was seamless - very welcome after a long night drive. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped and clean....
โThe staff was very friendly & helpful; the food was terrific; the bar is darling; the shower is phenomenal because of the water pressure!!!; the views from the hotel breathtaking. We also liked staying just outside the city of Oban( only 5 miles distance from Oban.)โ

It was sunny out and we were able to spend time on the patio. Great view of the loch. โ
โWe had the most wonderful stay at Coille Darach b&b! The host was exceptional and very attentive to our needs and very friendly, and had some lovely conversations with her. Breakfast was wonderful & delicious! The property is very nice and well maintained and the room had great amenities and was very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely stay here and again and recommend to others. Very pleased with our decision to stay in this beautiful area in the Highlands! โ

The bed was a bit short. Iโm 5โ 11โ and my feet hung off the bottom!โ
โThe property was walkable to all of the sites in Oban including the ferry terminal. It offered free parking. Breakfast was not included with the room, but there were plenty of restaurants close by.โ

You had an option of a continental breakfast, but the breakfast room was at another associated property 2 doors down.
It was within walkimg distance of the town centre.โ
โthe view was astonishing. worth a one night stay. but the manager wasn't very friendly. didn't even inform when is the breakfast time or check out time etc when check-in. we asked for blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, but he unnecessarily said since we are two people staying, they didn't make the sofa bed. and reluctantly said they would send the blanket implying only blanket can be provided. but sheet and the blanket came, but i don't understand why they were reluctant to supply these cause...
