"The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Only thing was, it felt lke I was staying in a dorm room. Very very plain and not homey at all. We only stayed for one night, location was right by the airport."

"Come very early from Vancouver after a 14 hour flight and staff very accommodating and gave us a upgraded room. Great room with wonderful shower. Great location 5 mins from metro to historic Lisbon. Only issue was the lift was slower compared to North America lifts. Did not get a chance to eat at the hotel but looked like a great restaurant for Breakfast and dinner. 5/5 for us and we will return if we come back to Lisbon. Thank you."
