"Our overnight stay at Hotel Acta in Lisbon was excellent. The property has just been totally renovated recently to a high quality. The property is very clean, lobby staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They have great free lockers for luggage for early arrivals or late departures and offer a comfortable lounge. We had a superior room which was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle for tea were nice. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Very disappointing stay. Room was very small and beds were hard like a wooden plank. Outdoor pool area is very small and not inviting. Room safe did not work (although this was corrected by a staff member); sink does not drain well. Restaurant choices are minimal and the plate on which the food was served was completely cold. I wish we had gone to another place."

"I was only in the hotel one night. I had an early flight the next morning and wanted a hotel that provided 24-hour shuttle service. The property was clean and quiet. The room itself was comfortable with adequate seating in room for a quick stay. I would definitely go back."

"Location was great! Had everything you need inside the rooms. Furniture and decor was a little dated but super clean. Took off one star because it would have been helpful to know that you are unable to get dropped off in front of the hotel since the entrance is off of a walkway, not a road. You have to walk about 2-3 minutes to the front entrance from the road."

"Rooms were a little shabby but you cannot beat the convenience of location for a nights stay before an early flight. Advertised bus to airport has limited seating availability so we ended up having to taxi/Uber to the airport. Disappointing as the bus service was a contender for choosing this hotel. Room service food good even though what we received was not what we ordered but since it took a while to arrive we just ate it anyway!"

The hotel restaurant offers exceptional food — honestly some of the best I’ve had in Portugal — and the service is equally impressive. The spa services are also top‑class.
