“The front desk clerk (Amit) was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. 10/10 The room was comfortable and clean 9/10. As travellers we would have appreciated a Keurig or coffee machine in the room. $4 for a coffee at the restaurant is a bit ridiculous. Especially when we would have had one each at night and a couple in the morning. When we went up for breakfast the next morning we were told breakfast ended at 9, even though 7:30-10:00 was written on our key card. We ended up getting eggs...

“Parking and location were good”

“I chose Travelodge Sydney through Hotels.com because I wanted to use the swimming pool and enjoy the breakfast service. The notice on the Hotels.com website stated that both amenities were available. However, when I arrived at Travelodge Sydney today, I found that the swimming pool was closed, and breakfast was provided in a bag instead of the expected service. Hotels.com should be held responsible for ruining my trip.”

“Breakfast was reasonably priced. All staff pleasant. Room was awesome. Parking was easy and secure.”

“No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.”

“Hotel stay was okay, only Issue I had was with the tub when taking shower water did not drain all through. Called front desk to help fix or change rooms. Was unsolved. There are few guests whom like to ask for a smoke when outside Staff was friendly ”
