“Excellent location with wonderful views. Fully equipped and Einion was friendly and very helpful. ”

“Rooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful on suite bathroom. Staff very good and breakfast freshly cooked and not from a hot plate. Plenty of takeaways nearby but we are in and it was excellent. Only thing I could say against the Valley was nobody on reception. Road noise was also loud but didn’t really bother us too much. All in all an excellent stay and will be using again as a stop over before catching the ferry to Dublin. Well done The Valley and staff.”

“I booked this hotel on Friday lunchtime for a Saturday stay . I received a phone call later on that evening to advise that they have double booked my room and they cannot provide me with accomodation. As I booked through Hotels.com I was advised to call them for a refund. It took a while to get it as the hotel then said that in line with their policy they would not refund me. After a lot of phone conversations with Hotels.com I got my refund. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel ever.”

“I was very disappointed, as I booked a room in the black boy hotel, but was given a room in an outside Annexe quite a way from the hotel. Also we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage and no help. On specking with the receptionist I was informed the problem is with Expedia as they will not allow the hotel to describe the rooms correctly.”

“The whole hotel was spotless. The rooms were quiet, I slept very well, and the food was amazing. We were visiting from Houston, Texas, and would definitely like to visit again. ”
